Internal alchemy is open only to practitioners of Mysticism. It consists of long practice in a set of ancient disciplines of body and mind.
Those who master it lengthen their life span by half again (+50%). From roughly age 40 onward they look only about half their real age, and they keep all their mental and physical powers undiminished for the whole of their lives, however old they become.
