Wand of Phosphorescence
Alchemy, Alchemical device
A glass wand that glows in the dark and is recharged by sunlight.
From the book
A glass wand that shines in the dark. It takes at least two dozen fireflies, an ounce of toadstool and a dram of Rare Earths, plus the ingredients for a prism. Once lit it glows for 2-5 (d4+1) hours, lighting a 10 ft. radius around whoever holds it, and it recharges after at least an hour in sunlight.
Every alchemical device needs a work area or laboratory plus two tool sets costing 25 G.P. each, one for metal and one for glass. A device takes a week to build (the Rod of Detection takes two), and the chance of success is 75% +2% per level of ability.
