Improves a weapon's attack and damage by one.

A battle rune for weapons. Any weapon carved with it gains +1 to attack and +1 to damage.
Like every rune, it only works once it has been cut into an object: a sharp tool and one full hour of engraving or etching are all it takes, and the work never fails. A war-runed weapon is a runic device and a magic item, and counts against the bearer's limits for both.
