Ogylus lies roughly half a day's sail southeast of Peloponnesus in Palasgea. It is known for its First Age ruins, now held by a short, dark people closely akin to the bloodthirsty Scythians. They have no horses, but their thirst for blood is every bit as strong as that of their barbarian cousins.
