A shallow bay between the Fires of Baku and Jambu's Argan peninsula, warmed by a current from the Fires and choked with rooted weed; kraken, leviathans, sea dragons and plesiosaurs are said to feed there. It is reached through the dangerously shallow Samara Straits off Molodo.

The Samara Straits open into the Bay of Samara, which is set between Jambu's Argan peninsula and the burning Fires of Baku. A helpful current flowing out from the Fires warms its water. The shallows are thick with plant growth like that of the Sargasso Sea, except rooted to the bottom, and these waters are said to be the feeding grounds of monsters such as kraken, leviathans, sea dragons and plesiosaurs.
