Bathsheba

In a past era, a Sheban Queen devoted to the necromantic death cult of Baal granted the northern half of Bathsheba to the cult for building barrows. Inside these burial mounds the newly dead were turned into undead beings that watched over their earthly belongings inside the mound and acted as mighty slave-followers of Baal and the High Necromancer. The cult was banned long ago, and the north of the island is still covered with its barrows, now sealed and under guard, the last visible traces of its former power. Bathsheba also marks the southern end of the shallow waters of the Sea of Baku.
