The Assassins are one of the great mysteries of the Atlantean Second Age. No one knows where the society began: scholars have placed its home in Vedda, Turan, Quaddan and even Tharshesh. What is known is that it kills political, religious and magical figures, usually for enormous fees. Some say the Assassins are tied to the Black Mystics, while others insist they answer to no other group. Either way, they rank among the most feared cultists of the Atlantean world.
