The Abara Witch Cult is a crude and primitive order of black magic based in Oguanabara, in Tamoanchan. Its leaders are witch doctors from the Abara, a violent tribe of headhunters. Its members practice many gruesome arts, including the making of necromantic fetishes such as monkey paws, shrunken heads and hands of glory. For all its savagery, the cult is said to have followers even in some of the more civilized parts of the world.
