The Black Mystics are a mystic order of Himvati on the continent of Jambu. Though only a small minority, they hold considerable sway in some regions. Their taste for particular necromantic rites, and whispers that they are tied to the Assassins, makes them greatly feared, and most sensible people keep well away from their mountain temples.
