The Lotus Cult is a small drug cult based in Dabba with no real influence. Every member is hooked on Lotus powder and drifts through life in a stupor. A few make weak claims about the cult's supposed metaphysical teachings, but most admit that their loose-knit fellowship is really about pleasure. They care nothing for the wider world; only a threat to their Lotus supply will rouse them to act.
