The caster obliterates up to 10x10x10 ft. of non-living matter within 100 ft., reducing it all to dust; magic items of any kind get a saving throw. The spell can instead be used to disperse any energy field or magical barrier. It is Non-variable.

A scene
The Sheban corsair galley was bearing down on the little Atlantean merchant ship, its bronze-shod ram gleaming in the sun. The wizard Callias, standing in the bows, pointed at the galley's prow and spoke. The ram, the stempost and a good piece of the forward hull crumbled into dust and blew away on the wind. The galley's bow dipped, took water and slewed sideways, oars tangling, crew shouting. The merchant ship sailed past, close enough to see the corsair captain's face. Callias waved to him.
