Channels a powerful healing influence into the caster or one other individual or creature, who must be touched. It takes one of three forms: curing insanity, restoring one of the five senses such as sight or hearing, or restoring lost attributes such as Strength, Intelligence or Dexterity.

A scene
The lighthouse keeper at the Pharos lost his sight in a flash of sorcerous fire three winters ago and has tended his great lamp by feel ever since. Khafra the mage comes to him at dawn, lays two fingers gently on the old man's eyelids, and speaks the sign of the goat. For a long moment nothing happens. Then the keeper cries out and turns his face, blinking and weeping, toward the pale light on the harbor, the ships, and the birds wheeling over the breakwater.
