For one minute the caster alone can walk through any barrier up to 10 ft. thick, unless it is made of something harmful such as fire.

Lets the caster step through any barrier, magical or ordinary, up to 10 ft. thick, provided it is not made of something that would injure the body, such as fire or toxic material. The spell lasts only 1 minute, so the caster must be quick, and cannot take along more than a normal encumbrance.
Only the caster benefits: no other creature, living or dead, can pass through with them.

A scene
The cell in the prison of Tartessos has walls a good ten feet thick, and Philia the mage has only a minute once the spell takes hold. She shoulders her pack, nods to her cellmate, the honest thief who shared his bread with her, and walks into the stone as if it were morning mist. He grabs her sleeve and is left holding nothing. On the far side she stumbles out into the alley, gasping. She will be back for him with the proper keys, she promises the wall.
