Coral guards against drowning. A carat of powdered coral with one of malachite makes a Potion of Immunity to Drowning, which lets the drinker swim and breathe water for a while. Set in gold it forms an Amulet of Protection from Drowning, keeping its wearer from ever dying that way. At 1 S.P. per carat it is one of the two cheapest gems listed.
