The largest of Havar's circular oak communal settlement-houses, 130 feet across, rising from 10 feet at the rim to 30 at the center, with three floors around a ventilation shaft and a whole village inside.

Hwarrum is the largest of Havar's communal settlement-houses, which are all circular in honor of Hawwa and built of sturdy, finely worked oak. It measures 130 feet across, stands ten feet tall at its outer wall and rises to thirty feet at the center. A second floor sits at the ten-foot level and a smaller third floor twenty feet up occupies the middle, while a ten-foot-wide shaft runs from roof to ground floor to let air through. Inside this single building is a whole village, complete with shops, homes and even a little tavern. Together with Stonehenge it makes Aw the most honored district in Havar.
