These are the finest public baths in Atlantis, with bathhouses indoors and out, supplied by a hot spring and a cold one. Their runoff is piped beneath the ground through both sacred groves of the Inner Island before draining into the canal that rings it. Separate houses serve each sex and each species, since animals have their own facilities. All are gilded, splendidly furnished and free to use.
