Sapphire governs the air and the winds. A carat with onyx and vampire's blood makes a Potion of Gaseous Form, turning the drinker's body into vapor. Two carats added to flying-potion ingredients make a Dust of Half-Weight, which cuts the weight of non-living things by half for an hour. It costs 25 G.P. per carat.
