A 3 lb. one-handed blade dealing 1-8 damage, with no Strength requirement on the chart. It sells with its scabbard for 6 G.P.
Two one-handed weapons, such as a pair of short swords, count as basic equipment and add nothing to a character's encumbrance. A dose of venom coats one sword, and orichalc enchantment takes 2 ingots per +1.
