Corsairs are experts with rope, able to climb rigging and tie and untie many kinds of knots. Characters with tightrope skill can walk 10 ft. of rope per level without falling, twice that with a balancing pole. The Tangle/Untangle spell can animate up to 100 ft. of rope to bind a victim, and a magical Rope of Tangling holds a target fast for up to 10 minutes.
