This rune lets its bearer sense Black Magic. Whenever he or she wishes, the bearer can tell whether Black Magic is present within 10 ft.
Like every rune, it only works once it has been cut into an object: a sharp tool and one full hour of engraving or etching are all it takes, and the work never fails. The item then counts as both a runic device and a magic item.
