The deity rune guards against the dead. Its bearer gains +1 on saves against the special attack forms of every kind of undead creature.
Like every rune, it only works once it has been cut into an object: a sharp tool and one full hour of engraving or etching are all it takes, and the work never fails. The marked item counts as a magic item and as one of the bearer's runic devices.
