True Platinum

Alchemy, Essence

An iridescent fluid that, after six weeks of dousing, turns any object into a self-recharging item holding several spells; adding a cursed potion creates a cursed item.

From the book

An iridescent fluid, one fluid ounce, that can turn any object, weapon or device, however ordinary or unusual, into an item of great power. After six weeks of daily dousing, it can hold 2-7 spells, of any level and of any type, and once charged it recharges itself every day.

Adding a fluid ounce of any cursed potion to the True Platinum before dousing produces a cursed item instead. Only the alchemist who made the essence can do the dousing, an hour every day, and missing a single day ruins the enchantment.
