A hazy blue magical river in the Weeping Forest, said to be the tears of the forgotten goddess Tua; its water is safe to drink, but its evening mists inflict sorrow unless resisted.

The hazy blue waters of this river through the Weeping Forest are said to be magical. Legend holds that they are the tears of Tua, a forgotten goddess who wept when she learned men no longer worshipped her. The water is considered safe to drink, but the blue-gray mists that sometimes rise from it can fill anyone who breathes them with sorrow (save vs CON or suffer severe depression for 2-24 hours). Luckily for travelers, the mists seldom appear except in the evening. The Fomorian giants hold them in unnatural dread and will not set foot in the forest after nightfall.
