The clear waters of this river through Dreamwood reputedly go to the head like the strongest wine. Drunk in excess, 6 pints or more, they reportedly bring a sleep full of marvelous dreams, which are divinatory half the time (50%). Nearly everyone living in Dreamwood drinks from it and so is usually found in some degree of drunkenness. The Fomorians make great use of the water, flavoring it with fruits, berries and sometimes narcotic herbs.
