Creature, Were-Creatures
The most savage of the lycanthropes, wereboars are hunched, bristly-hided brutes six to six and a half feet tall and 250-350 pounds, with long snouts, beady eyes and curved tusks. Short-sighted but keen of hearing and smell, they attack almost anything that moves, favoring a headlong charge meant to batter and knock foes down, and keep fighting until killed or until their enemies flee.
From the book
Wereboars are the most savage of all lycanthropes and among the most dreadful creatures known to man. They are extremely bad-tempered and often attack for no reason. Their eyesight is said to be somewhat poor, but their hearing is excellent and their sense of smell very sharp, letting them detect prey by scent up to 100 feet away with 75% success.
They are truly ugly: six to six and a half feet tall and 250-350 pounds, hunchbacked with huge sloping shoulders and thick arms, covered in coarse, bristly hide from light brown to black, with long snouts, small beady eyes and curving tusks. Their apparently mindless violence leads people to think them unintelligent. Reports say they attack anything that moves, even horses, mules and wagons, and once engaged they keep fighting until the enemy runs or they die.
Their favorite move is a headlong, full-speed charge meant to batter, gore and knock the enemy flat. At close range they also use claws and hooves, but they will always charge recklessly whenever they get the chance; in play a wereboar always charges on the first round, and a tusk hit after the charge knocks down a man-sized foe and does double damage. Wereboars are found almost only in temperate lands.
