The caster sets off a thunderous explosion of sound up to 100 ft. away. Every living creature within 20 ft. of the blast is stunned for 1-6 minutes on a failed save vs Constitution, and even those who save are deafened for 1 full minute. Ordinary glassware in the area has a 50% chance of shattering.

A scene
The brawl in the Gilded Dragon has become a riot, and the sorcerer Demos, who only came in for supper, has had enough. He points at the middle of the room and speaks a single hard word. The explosion of sound is so loud it seems to have weight. Half the brawlers drop where they stand, stunned and twitching. The others stagger around clutching their ears, deaf to everything. Behind the bar, every other wine jug and glass bottle has burst. The innkeeper, deaf too, mouths something that is probably about the bill.
