Evade Pursuit

Skill, Thieving

Shaking off pursuers through speed, stealth and false trails.

From the book

Evade Pursuit is the knack of shaking off anyone following, by moving quickly and quietly, laying false trails and similar tricks. The chance of success is 35%, plus 5% per level.

When the pursuer has real tracking skill, the evader's percentage is subtracted from the tracker's chance instead. Assassins, beastmasters and spies learn it at first level.
