Con

Skill, Thieving

Talking someone into doing what they otherwise would not, such as accepting a bribe, buying stolen goods or lending money.

From the book

Conning is the art of talking someone into something they would not normally do: accepting a bribe, buying stolen goods, lending a little money and the like. The base chance is 35%, rising by 5% for each level gained after the skill is learned.

Targets with a Will of 13 or more may save vs Will to resist, and a con only works if the con artist and the mark share a language. Charlatans and rogues start with it. Successfully influencing someone this way earns 100 XP per level of the person conned.
