Drinking
Skill, Background
A bonus on CON saves against alcohol, which can stack, but repeating it risks addiction. 100 XP.
From the book
Drinking is a "talent" rather than a true skill. It grants +1 on any save vs CON forced by drinking alcohol of any sort, and it can be taken again and again, up to as many times as the character's CON score, each repeat adding a further +1.
The catch is that every repeat also calls for a save vs CON, made at -1 for each +1 already gained; failing it means the character has become an alcoholic. The same rules, including the 100 XP cost, may be used for other intoxicants, and the appendix rules on addiction describe what follows. Outcasts and city dwellers may pick Drinking as a background skill.
