Haggling lets a character talk merchants down, often paying as much as 10% less than others would for the same goods. Each attempt needs a successful save vs CHA. When two hagglers bargain against each other, both roll their saves and the better roll carries the day. Villagers and city dwellers may take it as a background skill; otherwise it costs 100 XP.
