The jeweler's craft includes gemcutters, goldsmiths, silversmiths and any other artificer who works in precious materials. A piece made by a jeweler usually sells for between two and ten times the cost of its materials, the multiple depending on the maker's skill and name. For a similar fee a jeweler can be commissioned to raise the value of rough stones or to fashion jewelry and ornamental goblets.
