The clothing list prices ritual vestments at a flat 10 G.P. The magical and alchemical supplies list gives them as 10 G.P. or more, and holy ritual vestments for religious rites at 20 G.P. or more.
As clothing, they count as basic equipment and add nothing to encumbrance.
