Atlantean coins are small, with about 100 silver or gold pieces to the pound; gold crowns weigh roughly twice as much and are popular with merchants and travelers. Ten copper pieces make a silver piece, ten silver a gold piece, and ten gold a gold crown. A skilled pickpocket may slice a change purse free, with a 35% chance plus 5% per level.
