Toxic powders can be puffed through a blowtube, reaching 5 ft. and covering a 2 1/2 ft. radius. Victims get a save, normally vs Constitution, unless they swallow the substance. Such powders can also be mixed into food or drink, thrown in vials, or scattered by hand.
