A flash that blinds anyone in the area who fails to resist.

A blinding symbol: everyone in its area must save vs Speed or lose their sight for 5-20 minutes.
As a Symbol of Power, it is traced by hand, wand or staff, goes off when anyone but its caster sees or encounters it, reaches no more than 20 ft. in radius, and stays in place until a counter-symbol or a successful counter-spell (50% per try) removes it.
