Victims who fail to resist must carry out one order the caster chose before inscribing.

Victims must save vs Will or carry out a single command. The caster decides what that order is before drawing the symbol.
As a Symbol of Power, it is traced by hand, wand or staff, goes off when anyone but its caster sees or encounters it, reaches no more than 20 ft. in radius, and stays in place until a counter-symbol or a successful counter-spell (50% per try) removes it.
