Victims who fail a save vs Will turn violent and attack everyone they can see. The frenzy lasts 5-20 minutes.
As a Symbol of Power, it is traced by hand, wand or staff, goes off when anyone but its caster sees or encounters it, reaches no more than 20 ft. in radius, and stays in place until a counter-symbol or a successful counter-spell (50% per try) removes it.
