Taygea and Electa differ only politically: one native tribe lived in both, and they were conquered together and later split for administration. They are alike in most ways, though the Amazon presence and zeal in Taygea are much weaker. Its capital, Tay, has shipyards and large stores of military supplies but no Foreigners' Quarter, and serves mainly as a depot and backup port for both Ea and Aster.
