A citadel on a high ridge walled by cliffs on three sides, the only settlement of note on Diaprepea; mostly a military base with a minor trading port, and never breached by Nethermen assaults.

Mehedra is a minor trade port but mostly a military base. Over a hundred Poseidonean ships are usually based here with a strong force of Diaprepean heavy infantry. The ships patrol north as far as Azae and sometimes escort Ophirean vessels carrying gold and diamonds to other Atlantean ports, with Diaprepean foot soldiers often serving aboard as marines. Nethermen raids have never breached its walls.
