Electa's capital is above all a naval base and harbor, with large shipbuilding and repair yards and the five squadrons that try to keep Gorgon raiders penned in the Sahara. Taverns and other entertainments for Amazon sailors and marines abound, and like Merina it has a large Foreigners' Quarter, mostly for visiting merchants and their households.
