A sheer undersea canyon about 17,000 feet deep cutting north from Antilla's southern cliffs almost to its center, rich in unique life including giant eels trained as Triton war steeds and domesticated hippocampi. It marks the Neptus-Sahuga border, and caves at its head are where all three Great Tribes meet.

The jagged Canyon of Neptune cuts almost to the middle of the Antillan Plateau, heading more or less straight north from its mouth in the southern cliff wall to its farthest reach in Antilla's heart. Its depth stays close to 17,000 feet along the middle, with sheer walls falling from the plateau top to the ocean floor.
Sea life of every kind fills it, many species found nowhere else, forming an ecology of its own. Eels are the most common animals, and the Tritons catch giant ones and train them as war mounts; hippocampi also live here and have been tamed by the Tritons. The canyon divides Neptus territory from Sahuga lands, and at its head, where all three Great Tribes' lands meet, underwater caves serve as meeting places. Both walls are riddled with caves, some reaching deep into Antilla's rock.
