The only North Erian Ocean island with any factual basis, known from one ancient account of Atlantean voyages: an isle ringed by floating ice under a sky of brilliant colors, especially at the solstices, perhaps home to rare ice nymphs.

Aurora is the only land in the North Erian Ocean with even a slender claim to fact, resting on a single mention in an ancient book recounting the travels of the explorers and conquerors of First Age Atlantis. It is described as an island ringed by drifting mountains of ice, above which the sky glows with marvelous colors, especially at the summer and winter solstices. Little else is known, though some legends say a rare kind of ice nymph lives there.
