The gods themselves close the list of spirit beings. Their level of ability is unknown and their Will is 25. They are generally unapproachable, though now and then one may offer advice.
An avatar of a deity may answer the Divine Magic spell Superior Invocation, and no caster can compel a being of deific power through its true name.
