A spoken word of command strikes a visible target with fire, cold or electricity.

The caster points at a creature or object within 100 ft. and speaks a Word of Power in a commanding voice, which strikes for 1-4 damage in the form of fire, cold or electricity, as the caster chooses. The target must be clearly visible to the caster. Each level of ability adds another 1-4 points, and a save vs Dexterity halves the damage.

A scene
The rock troll came out of the side tunnel below Ironhold with a club of raw stone, and the dwarven sentries fell back behind their human ally. The wizard Aldous raised his hand, pointed and spoke a single word of power in a voice like a slammed door. Fire leapt from nothing and struck the troll full in the chest. It had twisted aside at the last instant and caught only part of the blast, but its hide smoked and blistered and it bellowed in fury. Aldous spoke again. This time, it did not twist aside.
