Protects the caster from natural heat, cold, lightning, wind and precipitation, and halves magical elemental damage (quarter on a save).

For 1 hour the caster is shielded from every natural elemental force, including heat, cold, lightning, wind and precipitation. Magical elemental attacks still get through but deal only half damage, or a quarter if the caster makes the appropriate save.

A scene
In the heart of the Sea of Baku the water burns, fed by oil and gas welling up from the seabed. The witch Zarina rowed straight into it. Flames licked over the gunwales, the air shimmered, and the pitch in the boat's seams began to bubble, but the fire slid off her skin like rain off oiled leather. It was only fire, after all, natural as sunlight, and her spell turned it aside for an hour. On a blackened islet at the center she found the herb she had come for, and rowed out before the boat itself caught.
