Sign Language

Many primitive peoples talk to members of other tribes with hand signs and gestures. For game purposes this sign language counts as universal, so every primitive and barbarian people can use it to communicate with one another. Most barbarian and primitive folk already know it, barbarians may take it as a background skill, and anyone else can learn it for 250 XP.
