A scorpion's tail yields poison. Four drams of scorpion venom make a weapon venom that deals 2-8 points of damage each minute for 10 minutes, halved by a save vs Constitution. One dose coats a sword, six daggers or ten arrows until the first successful hit. Only alchemists may legally possess venoms in most of the Atlantean world. The tail costs 2-8 G.P. per dram.
