Made with 2 drs. each of jujuba and willow, this philtre overwhelms the drinker with grief, and he weeps without pause for all 5-20 minutes of its effect.
Like every philtre, it forces a single emotion on whoever drinks it. The maker needs a pint of wine for the base, plus a fire and a mortar and pestle, and spends 5-8 (d4+4) hours on it, succeeding 90% of the time plus 1% per level, up to 99%. Disguised in wine, it is almost impossible to tell from an ordinary drink; only a suspicious victim gets a save vs Intelligence at -4 to notice. Its effect is immediate and cannot be resisted once drunk. The usual price is 100 G.P.
