The Marid are the green-skinned Jinn of elemental water, appearing when summoned in a swirling cloud of mist. They know every spell of water and ice and are untouched by cold. The best-known are Amasol, Ardiphne, Isaphil, Amue, Aposto, Ermot and Istiphul, with the name Amue listed twice.
