A ghoul's tongue causes paralysis. Four drams make Ghoul's Venom, which leaves anyone who fails a save vs Constitution unable to move for 5-20 minutes. A dram also goes into Black Death, a poison that also uses mandrake, deadly nightshade and wyvern's tail and kills almost at once. It costs 150 G.P. per dram.
